Construction Laborer

OVERVIEW:
No experience necessary. Willing to learn and work required. Perform tasks involving physical labor at remodeling and new construction projects, including heavy demo work, roofing, all phases of concrete work and all general construction clean-up. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
Prospective DUTIES:
- Handle construction materials on site and at Wilder shop
- Clear construction sites of debris and hazardous materials
- Keep the jobsite clean for safety and customer satisfaction
- Position & align structural components in accordance to provided instructions
- Assist is loading/unloading Wilder & delivery trucks
- Mix & pour concrete
- Perform heavy demo work
- Paint according to instructions; apply caulking
- Dig trenches/holes or level earth according to instructions
- Erect, disassemble temporary structures, such as scaffolding
- Ability to use ladders and able to perform job duties on scaffolding, roofs and heightened elevations
